I uploaded a review doc for our final and invited everyone who gave me their gmail addresses to answer the review questions. I posted the link to the document on the discussion board on WebCT so everyone had access to it, whether they contributed or not. It ended up being a very good review. Some people, however, weren't as constructive and would delete other contributors' answers and write their own, which were wrong. But yea, what you're talking about is a great idea. I'd go for that.
